Arlyne Spalla is the proud Mom of 4 kids. She has a biology degree and was a Licensed Practical Nurse.

She has been a Certified fitness instructor/Personal Trainer for 35 years. She teaches several classes including: TRX, cardio kickboxing, Zumba, Aqua fitness, cycle, Senior classes & boot camp!
She is an accomplished athlete and runner. She ran 3 marathons, including the Boston Marathon. She finished first place female in numerous 5k & half marathons.
Arlyne has been performing at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA for 10 years.
She’s an actress in a one hour comedy show in Germany where she performs 3 different characters with a German accent.
She also worked at Sesame as a dancer in the shows as Grover, Count, and Rosita.
In the Fall, she is a scare actor for Howl-O-Scream. For the past 3 years she’s played her favorite character, Medusa. She has been in numerous commercials as Medusa.
Arlyne played the character of Minerva, Goddess of wisdom, for the opening of The Pantheon. She also was Minerva in a Busch Gardens commercial promoting the new rollercoaster.
Arlyne has been acting in independent movies for 12 years. She’s worked with the following movie directors/producers: June Daguiso, Joel Roman, Jasmine Andrews, Rico Mickens, Sri Mirajkar, Terrance Shirock, & more!
For 3 years she did community comedy theater, LAMP (Laughter as Medicine Production), directed by Ronald Lindsay.
Every year she is the host of the WMIFF (World Music and Independent Film Festival) in Northern Virginia.
In 2021 she won Best Actress in a DMV [District of Columbia/Maryland/Virginia] feature film, Natalie’s Abortion, directed by Jasmine Andrews.
