Bio of Aja Yet, from Aja Yet
With over a dozen original projects in development, Thomas is the creator behind the expanding Kosemi Bloodline Universe, including titles such as “The Concrete Throne,” “The Queen’s Veil,” “Kosemi,” “Kosemi’s Omen,” and “Pact of the Gods: Majemu.” Her work explores themes of legacy, sacrifice, identity, corruption, ancestry, power, and the unseen emotional forces that shape generations across time.
Her storytelling style combines grounded emotional realism with visually immersive cinematic atmospheres – often merging modern social issues with spiritual and psychological undertones. Influenced by African mythology, urban political structures, and character-driven suspense, her projects are designed to resonate with global audiences while preserving cultural texture and emotional authenticity.
In addition to large-scale mythology and franchise concepts, Thomas also develops intimate psychological thrillers and internationally positioned dramas, including “2:59 AM” and “My Dark Closet.” Her work reflects a wide creative range – from elevated supernatural storytelling and suspense-driven narratives to emotionally personal human stories rooted in consequence, trauma, survival, and transformation.
Thomas continues to position her projects for festivals, streaming platforms, international co-productions, and long-form franchise expansion through visually distinctive storytelling and emotionally compelling worlds.
