I was at the release party for this web series; I posted about it here.

On June 25, 2017, I attended a Cast Meeting in advance of the second season of filmmaker Jolie East-Miji’s web series “B-City”. Discussion included the shooting schedule, episode content, character inter-relationships, and future goals.

“August in the City”, written by Lisa Tedesco and directed by Christie Conochalla, is an official selection of the North Carolina Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (being held in August).

Vickie Natale has submitted her song “Medicine” for Grammy consideration, in the dance music category. In addition, the music video is being shot in Paris.

Sharrie Mccain’s script for her film “Collision Envisage” has won Best Short Film Script at the NYC Indie Film Awards.

Randy and I saw Jazzzelle in concert on July 11, 2017, at Drift on 7th, Washington, DC.  She performed American standards.  In this video, she is performing “Georgia On My Mind”.  And, for those in the DMV, she will be at the same location July 27, 2017.

Please provide your thoughts and questions in the comments. I would really enjoy hearing from you. If you have a topic in mind you would like me to cover, please let me know.
